• Extended Fermentation: Teaninich’s fermentation process lasts a minimum of 75 hours, far exceeding the typical duration, enhancing complexity and flavor depth.

• Innovative Milling Technology: Utilizes Scotland's only hammer mill that produces an ultra-clear wort without the need for a traditional mash tun. 

These result in a distillate with notable floral and Japanese grass notes without any hints of acidity. 

Exceptional Cask Influence:

• Ex-Bodega Sherry Barrique: Matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks sourced from a prestigious bodega in Spain, not the commonly used casks seasoned with low-quality sherry.

• Premium Sherry Legacy: The cask previously held high-quality sherry, a rarity post-1980s when most sherry casks began to be crafted specifically for the Scotch industry, often compromising sherry quality for volume.
